Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InviteVeda app and website (together, the "Service"), operated by the InviteVeda Team. By creating an account, designing an invitation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Description of Service

InviteVeda lets hosts design digital invitation cards and video templates for weddings, engagements, and related celebrations, and share them via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Features, templates, and pricing tiers may change over time as we improve the Service.

Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate event, host, and guest information when using the Service.

Your Content & Invitations

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and guest details you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant InviteVeda a limited license to host, render, and transmit it solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your invitations.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos, music, or guest contact details you upload, and for the accuracy of event details shared with your guests.

Plans & Payments

InviteVeda offers the following plans:

• Shubh Aarambh (Free) — access to basic designs and standard export, for up to 50 guests, with InviteVeda branding included.
• Bandhan (Premium) — ₹1,999 per event, unlocking premium royal designs, animated video templates, multi-day itinerary pages, and an ad-free, watermark-free experience.

Premium payments are processed securely through Google Play billing. Fees are charged per event and are non-refundable once your invitation link has been generated and shared, except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

When using InviteVeda, you agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content, or impersonate another person or event.
• Use the guest-sharing tools to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam unrelated to your invitation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the app, website, or underlying infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute InviteVeda templates outside of your own invitations.

Intellectual Property

The InviteVeda name, logo, app, website, and template designs are the property of the InviteVeda Team and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a Premium plan grants you a license to use a template for your own event invitation — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Google Play. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and InviteVeda is not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that invitation delivery or template rendering will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InviteVeda and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed invitations or event disruptions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant event plan.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse of the guest-sharing tools, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, pricing, or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever changes are made.
