• Generate and render your digital invitation cards and websites.
• Deliver invitation links to guests via WhatsApp, SMS, or email on your behalf.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Improve template designs, app performance, and overall user experience.

Sharing & Third Parties

Some features rely on trusted third-party services to function:

• WhatsApp / SMS / Email — used only to deliver invitation links you choose to send.
• Google Maps — used to embed venue directions inside premium invitation pages.
• Cloud hosting & storage providers — used to securely store your invitation designs and guest list data.
• Google Play — used for app distribution, billing, and crash diagnostics.

These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Data Retention

Invitation links and associated guest data remain active based on your plan:

• Free plan: invitation link and guest data remain active for 3 months after the event date.
• Premium plan: invitation link and guest data remain active for 1 full year after the event date.

After these periods, invitation content and guest data are archived or permanently deleted from our active systems.

Your Rights & Choices

You may at any time:

• Access, edit, or delete the invitation content and guest lists you have created.
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out of promotional communications while continuing to receive essential service messages.
